NEW LEADER LAUNCH is more than a workshop. It is a practical and powerful onboarding process for new leaders who want to start strong.

A total of 10 launches. Each launch contains five challenge activities that you complete within your everyday role as a leader. As a result, you will learn and lead, all at the same time.
